Pastor John Samuel Barnett teaches on Luke 2. The passage concerns Jesus’ dedication at the Temple and the various people in the area. Enjoy and Pastor Barnett teaches from those actual steps to the Temple.

Enjoy this message from Pastor John Samuel Barnett concerning Matthew 28’s The Great Commission. How amazing is it to hear the message to go and make disciples on the spot, roughly, where Jesus stood and gave the command. The command to be His witnesses and to be His Church.

Is your faith driving you to action? Are you going and preaching the Good News? Are you following the command from your Lord and Savior?

The next series by Pastor John Samuel Barnett took place in 2007 in the Holy Land. Pastor Barnett starts off his teaching not far from the passage he is teaching from today – John 9. We hope you enjoy this new series and that it edifies you to see the real places where the Messiah stood and taught and lived.

Psalm 19. Happy Friday, all. Today we close out the last part of Pastor John Samuel Barnett‘s series of David’s Life in the Psalms. This lesson, Pastor Barnett, talks about the psalm and what David does when he feels alone. Even when surrounded by a large group of people we can also feel alone – even in the Church. Let us all take a lesson from King David and focus on God’s Works and His Word. We worship a God who is always there and never forsakes His Children.

1 Samuel 21. Pastor John Samuel Barnett provides a wonderful lesson on how we should give our treasures to God as it is God who provides us with everything.

Psalm 31. Sometimes we may think that an image of someone that is really holy and really devoted to God goes around with a constant smile on their face. If a loved one dies or their home burns down or they find themselves abducted by terrible people they would just brush the dust off their jacket and smile and say “Praise God.”

While there maybe certain changes we need to make when responding to circumstances, one is not more godly if they turn off the rest of their emotional expressions. We see this in this psalm where David expresses complaint about current circumstances and praise to the God that carries him through – sometimes even in the same sentence. Let us never be unbalanced in our emotions and let our lives find that balance in who God is and His Will for us.

Psalm 13. It’s interesting to see David’s plee to YHWH in this Psalm and how much it matches Jesus’ prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane. We can learn from both men of The Book that the strongest and most humble thing we can do when face troubles is seeking God’s help on our knees first. It is a joyous mystery that the Creator of the universe is mindful of us. Let us rejoice and be glad!
Psalm 38. The penitent man feels and shows sorrow for his sin. He kneels before God in humility. Yet, he does not wallow in sorrow but repents and trusts in a God who is able to forgive and remove all sin. Let us all kneel before our Lord and Savior.

As we begin this work week, use this video from Pastor John Samuel Barnett to encourage a deeper relationship with the Lord and the combating of information overload.

Psalm 38. Pastor John Samuel Barnett provides another great walkthrough of the 38th psalm. This one takes place during a period of conviction of David’s sin after his breaking of all 10 commandments with Bathsheba.
